Thursday Stalls
One Thursday, dusk to packing up, at a night market that has met on the same quay for thirty years.
Our own documentary. We filmed the Thursday night market for one evening, from the first generator to the last crate, with two cameras and no lights of our own.
The stallholders saw the cut before anyone else did, and two of them asked for a copy for their grandchildren.
